When did you start your fitness journey?

I've been into fitness my whole life, but joined Jolt 2 years ago. It was the cute videos Anna posts on Instagram that got me in.

What sports did you do in the past?

Mostly dance and a decade at an Ashtanga yoga shala. After moving here, I was studying and performing dance, but I wanted more strength.

What do you love most about Jolt?

I'm definitely no jock, but the coaches always adapt moves to fit me. I'm more fit than I have been in years. I moved East to be here for my mom, so I'm a stranger here. I like the sense of community you get when you sweat together at Jolt.

What is your favorite movement?

Deadlifts and overhead press!

What keeps you going?

The post-workout high and the community keep bringing me back.

Would you rather do 500 push-ups or 500 calories on the bike?

Honestly I'd be really grumpy about the prospect of either option and would beg off and jump on the rower instead :)

Thanks for being such a great member of the Jolt Family!
